Medical Device Quality Management
Quality management for medical devices. Adds requirements for regulated medical manufacturing, including process controls and post-market surveillance process support.

IPC/WHMA-A-620 QML Class 3
Highest Workmanship Standard
The industry workmanship standard for wire harness and cable assemblies. Class 3 is the highest tier — high-reliability, mission-critical applications. QML means we're on the Qualified Manufacturer Listing.
On-site IPC trainers. Our technicians are certified to Class 3 — in-house. Applies to all aerospace, defense, and medical builds.
IPC J-STD
Soldering Process & Materials
The standard for soldering processes and materials. Covers solder joint quality, operator technique, and process controls.
Trained and certified technicians. On-site J-STD trainers. Every solder joint held to this standard.
UL Registered / UL508A
UL Registered Facility
Our facility is registered with Underwriters Laboratories. MAC is also certified to build industrial control panels under UL508A — required for certain industrial and solar applications.
Relevant for industrial, solar, and medical applications where UL listing is specified.
ITAR / DDTC
ITAR Registered
International Traffic in Arms Regulations. MAC is registered with the U.S. Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. A legal requirement for working with controlled defense articles and technical data.
If your program involves ITAR-controlled hardware or data, your supplier must be ITAR registered. We are.
JCP
Joint Certification Program
The U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program. Relevant for defense supply chain compliance and export of controlled items between the U.S. and Canada.
MAC is JCP certified — relevant for Canadian defense contractors and US/Canada joint programs.
NIST 800-171
CUI Cybersecurity Framework
A NIST framework covering the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in non-federal systems. DoD suppliers handling CUI must complete a self-assessment.
MAC has completed and submitted our NIST 800-171 self-assessment.

Cybersecurity Controls
The DoD's tiered cybersecurity certification program. MAC maintains strong cybersecurity controls and access policies. ERP upgrade currently in progress to support full CMMC certification.
